You may return most new, unopened items within 7-days of delivery for a full refund with the exception of items marked as "clearance". We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Damaged, opened, dirty or used merchandise will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. Opened-to-try merchandise may be authorized for return to be evaluated upon our receiving for credit approval and amount. A restocking fee of 15% and any discounted or free shipping will be applied against the refund. We do not refund the original shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund as per your payment method and their process after our approval which may take a couple days to establish.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and provide drop-shipping services as well. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order you may choose your shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be provided as you check out by the carrier's rates. If things look to be too expensive there, please let us know as sometimes their calculators do not manage multiple items well. We can adjust and work with you!
