As we embark on yet another crazy season in an ever-increasing crazy and changing marketplace/channel, it is prudent to elaborate on the changes you may have noticed with Sozo. Especially after a complete web store refresh! Collaboration and cooperation through delivery is the new era of business; we need to embrace new business strategies and shed the old way of doing business to succeed.
I have been refining Sozo over the last couple of years to simply focus on distributing limited brands that, frankly, display and evidence a culture to work with all segments of the Channel; the end goal ultimately client satisfaction. This means equal consideration to the end-user, to the reseller, to me, and backwards to the manufacturers. This has always been booq, and now more recently LMP, however, I have struggled expounding on those qualities in other brands I have carried over our legacy. I have discovered that I can not foster those attitudes in a brand that inherently does not have them, nor wants to. Simply and perhaps too cliché but truthful nonetheless: Quality over Quantity.
This has resulted in shedding the brands that sapped more energy and resources in delivering or making possible this cross-board understanding and support. I will always be on the lookout for products that are well made, practical and inherently supportive.
All this to say that we are throwing our business behind booq and LMP solely at this point. Every sale is important to them, whether it be 1 or 1000, and your success with their products is paramount. They understand that if your client is happy that satisfaction should also elevate your brand; your name! They also share like values to Sozo.
Lastly, beyond distributing booq and LMP, all other brand listings will be sold-off at reduced costs.
All the best in your business future and I continue to be here to help in whatever capacity to be part of that.
