Well, my business swept me away from my natural warm, quaint habitat of Victoria to the bloody frozen tundra of bustling Toronto this week. After visiting some dear old friend-resellers we setup in Niagara Falls for the annual trade show, BiiG, for Campus Resellers of Canada. Lunch break in the trade show now so thought I would write something.
The new, wider variety of LMP adapters are definitely capturing interest and it is so nice to hear of the confidence those who have brought LMP into their stores have in LMP. It great to get face-to-face tangible feedback on the products we solicit. It is really encouraging to be able to show, not virtually, all the breadth of USB-C they offer!
Booq, as always, has that comfortable, guttural appreciation of this group for now over 10 years. Sorta akin to that Scotch in front of a roaring fire after skiing. Not that I would know much about that but that is kinda what comes to mind to relate it to! Even though the bag market is so fad-crazy, the sleeves and slim cases are perfect for the student audience so booq continues to roll-on well.
It’s a very pleasant venue with relationships that have gone for years. It’s really nice to witness the appreciation and reliance on relationship that is a core value to this group. It is a much ‘softer’ trade show than places like CES and even MacWorld for those of that age group! Yes, Curtis, I am talking about you! Cheers all, Bruce from Niagara Falls
